Hosted by Hannah and Elysia, Registered Nutritionist's, our retreats are the ideal destination for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on their health and well-being.

Registered Nutritionist duo Hannah and Elysia have designed their retreats to provide a rejuvenating experience while also helping you achieve your health and wellness goals. They combine healthy eating, mindfulness, and physical activity in a tranquil and peaceful setting.

At our nutrition, health, and wellness retreats, you can expect to enjoy a variety of activities and delicious plant-based foods designed to promote physical and mental well-being.

 

Activities will include yoga and meditation classes, guided nature walks, fireside storytelling and plant-based cooking classes by our Nutritionist experts Hannah and Elysia.

In addition, you will receive a personalised 1:1 nutrition consultation (optional) and workshops on nutrition, exercise, and stress management to enhance your overall health.

Personalised nutrition guidance by Nutrition experts – Our two expert Registered Nutritionists will provide personalised consultations to assess your dietary needs and goals (optional). You will receive expert advice to enhance your overall health.

Immerse yourself in a fully inclusive plant-based dining experience – Indulge in delicious and wholesome plant-based foods. Ingredients are sourced from our kitchen garden where possible to experience a garden-to-table dining experience.

Healthy Diet

Group plant-based cooking evening – discover the joy of cooking wholesome and nourishing meals with our Nutrition and foodie experts. Learn plant-based cooking skills, recipe ideas, and the art of incorporating nutrient packed wholefoods into your daily diet.

Your Hosts, Hannah and Elysia

Hannah and Elysia are your nutrition experts with a wealth of knowledge in exercise, health, and nutrition. They both hold Master's degrees in Applied Human Nutrition and are Registered with the Association of Nutrition to ensure you are in safe and knowledgeable hands. 

The ladies' passion for health and the outdoors shines through in every aspect of their retreats. They believe that connecting with nature is more than an escape from the daily grind, it is an essential part of their health and well-being. Whether it's walking through the countryside or practicing yoga on the lawn, they ensure their retreat guests experience the transformative power of nature. 

About your accommodation:

Tarrel Farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people (with two people sharing each room). It provides 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, and 1 twin room with private bathroom.

  • McCallan - Large super king bedroom, private bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub.

  • Aberlour - Large super king room with large private bathroom, bathtub, and overhead shower.
